These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Travel With Matt website and the travel advisory services provided by Travel With Matt ("we", "us" or "our").

Travel With Matt is an independent travel agent affiliated with InteleTravel UK and provides travel advice, planning services, recommendations and booking assistance to help clients arrange travel experiences.

We do not operate airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transport providers or other travel services ourselves. Travel arrangements are provided by third-party travel suppliers.

3. Booking Arrangements

Travel arrangements may be booked either through InteleTravel UK, acting as the merchant of record, or directly with third-party travel suppliers.

The party with whom you enter into a contract for your travel arrangements will be identified during the booking process. Depending on the booking, your contract may be with:

• InteleTravel UK;

• a tour operator;

• a cruise line;

• an airline;

• a hotel; or

• another travel supplier.

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier or merchant of record. Copies of applicable terms will be made available before you confirm your booking.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.

Prices may change before a booking is confirmed due to factors including supplier pricing updates, exchange rate fluctuations, taxes, fees or other charges beyond our control.

Payment terms, including any deposits and final balance deadlines, will be communicated before a booking is confirmed.

5. Cancellations and Amendments

Cancellation, amendment and refund policies vary between suppliers and travel products.

The applicable cancellation and amendment terms will be provided before booking confirmation. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting these terms before making payment.

Any cancellation or amendment request may be subject to supplier fees, administrative charges or other costs.

6. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that all travellers have valid passports, visas, travel authorisations, vaccination certificates and any other documents required for travel.

Requirements can change at short notice. We recommend checking official government travel advice and the relevant authorities before departure.

Travel With Matt accepts no responsibility for losses arising from incomplete, invalid or incorrect travel documentation.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, personal belongings and other travel-related risks.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your insurance policy provides suitable cover for your individual circumstances and travel plans.
